GardenGrass products are warranted for a period of 2 to 10 years on UV Stability and Colorfastness of the product, depending on the intensity of the sun in the region you live in. As a general rule we apply the following warranty :
All products that require sand infill have a warranty of :
- 10 years if located North of the geographical line Paris – Budapest
- 9 years if located between the geographical line Paris – Budapest and Madrid – Ankara
- 8 years if located South of the geographical line Madrid – Ankara
All product that do not require any infill have a warranty of :
- 9 years if located North of the geographical line Paris – Budapest
- 8 years if located between the geographical line Paris – Budapest and Madrid – Ankara
- 7 years if located South of the geographical line Madrid – Ankara
The products GG Eco S and GG Eco C have a warranty of 2 years and GG Multi has a warranty of 5 years.
